Crystal Dumas
MSC & ALC

Counseling is often misunderstood, especially in a world that can feel judgmental, disconnected, and overwhelming. While quick answers are more accessible than ever, real healing takes time, intention, and a deeper understanding of what’s at the root. Crystal Dumas’s goal as a counselor is to walk alongside clients as they work through challenges, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.

Crystal believes counseling involves identifying the core of what clients are experiencing, recognizing their strengths, and taking practical steps toward a new direction. She creates a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can be honest about their needs and feel empowered to grow, gain clarity, and make lasting change.

Crystal Dumas holds a Master of Science in Counseling and is currently completing her PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy, with additional training in solution-focused therapy. She supports individuals and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, mood disorders, and relationship challenges while helping clients build tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and future planning.
